CONSCIOUS BREATHING
If you have already mastered and passed activities I and II of our Myofunctional training, it is time to start practising conscious breathing. This activity will help you to understand that breathing through the nose is very important for the alignment of the teeth, as breathing in a correct way will help us to achieve better dental health, straighten our teeth and our body.
The steps to follow are:
- Close your lips and keep them relaxed.
- Inhale and exhale through the nose.
- Now hold your breath and start walking.
- Breathe through your nose when you need to again.
- All breaths should be through the nose. not by mouth.
Practice the task at least two minutes a day. You'll see great progress every week!!!
