RENEW YOUR TOOTHBRUSH

Did you know that more than 10 million bacteria have been discovered on a toothbrush. That is the same amount you would find in a toilet brush.

Bacteria such as bacteria can be found on toothbrushes: influenza virus, herpes simplex, streptococcus, staphylococcus, E-coli, candida albicans.

This is why it is recommended to change your toothbrush every three months, or if you have been ill. Studies have shown that after 3 months of regular use, a toothbrush is less effective at removing plaque from teeth and gums compared to a new toothbrush. The bristles lose strength and therefore effectiveness in reaching hard-to-reach areas around the teeth.
