CONSCIOUS BREATHING

If you have already mastered and completed activities I and II of our Myofunctional training, it's time to start practicing. conscious breathing. This activity will help you understand that breathing through your nose is very important for teeth alignment, since breathing correctly will lead to better dental health, straightening our teeth and our body.

The steps to follow are:

  1. Close your lips and keep them relaxed.
  2. Inhale and exhale through the nose.
  3. Now hold your breath and start walking.
  4. Breathe through your nose when you need to again.
  5. All breathing should be through the nose not through the mouth.

Practice the task for at least two minutes a day. You'll see great progress every week!
