Sleep apnea + RFA-HBTC treatment

· 2 min read

Voluntary control of breathing refers particularly to pulmonary ventilation, as it is possible to alter thoracic volume and respiratory rate.

Sleep apnea occurs when a patient sleeps and breathes through their mouth in a supine position. The tongue makes contact with the oropharynx, interrupting breathing, as the body mistakenly believes the individual is swallowing. This leads to apnea, increased CO2 saturation, increased heart rate, and pulmonary insufficiency.

Due to this sleep apnea, a disjunction of all bodily systems takes place: respiratory, digestive, cardiac, stomatognathic and respiratory systems.

For all these reasons, it is of utmost importance to treat it as soon as possible.

The RFA-Human Body Total Care treatment involves treating the patient's breathing by closing their lips and practicing slow, deep breathing for 180 days. This requires commitment from the patient and adherence to a simple protocol. In this way, we will regulate blood clotting capacity, cardiac activity, blood pressure, the amount of oxygen in hemoglobin, red blood cells, hemoglobin-oxygen affinity, hematopoiesis, and the excretory functions of the kidneys, intestinal tract, and perspiration.

If you suffer from sleep apnea, at MIDSA Dentistry we want to help you. If you want to know more, call us and we will give you an appointment.
