- Give them different textures so they get used to them.
- Do not prolong the use of the bottle or pacifier.
- Use drinking straws to strengthen the lips and thus create the force needed to hold the straw and the sucking motion with the cheeks.
- Teach them to chew correctly, with their mouth closed, without sticking their tongue out, and chewing with their molars, first on one side and then the other.
