STOP SNORING

· 1 min read

Statistics show that 45% of Spaniards snore, a figure that rises to 25% for women. This snoring is often a symptom of sleep apnea syndrome, which directly impacts the patient's quality of life.

It has been shown that when a patient does not get restful sleep, symptoms such as excessive sleepiness, general fatigue, depression, hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents occur.

How can snoring and sleep apnea be eliminated? Today, it's possible with Mandibular Advancement Devices (MADs). These devices are worn in the mouth at night, naturally moving the jaw forward and facilitating airflow. This can lead to a better quality of life.
