The most common ones are: snoring, <strong>obstructive sleep apnea<\/strong>, Narcolepsy, insomnia, nocturnal bruxism, and restless legs syndrome are all potential health problems. Lack of sleep due to the individual&#039;s occupation also impairs both attention and cognitive processes, and can lead to dysfunctional psychological consequences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this post today we are going to discuss the <strong>consequences<\/strong> Obstructive sleep apnea is a disorder that is largely unrecognized and often ignored.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to a study, people with severe sleep apnea may have a higher risk of experiencing symptoms of silent stroke, as well as small brain lesions.
